“I am a professional Textile Designer by trade working for Sharron Young Inc. in Dallas. I paint and draw on the weekends, working in watercolor and pastel. My painting technique reflects my design work in watercolor, gouache, and soft pastel. My style weaves together design elements of Impressionism and Realism. I study nature by taking long hikes, runs, and walks, and my love for nature shines through in my paintings. I found a passion for ecological art to raise public awareness about amazing landscapes and animals, and the environments they live in. I enjoy Plein air painting.”
